Settling into ongoing operations

After go-live, your employees use GLPI in their daily work. Together we look at how tickets, assets, and licenses are recorded and processed, and what questions or challenges arise in actual operations.

Assess starting point and goals

In a practice review, we record what is already working well and where there is room for improvement. We take your existing workflows, responsibilities, and requirements into account. FitSM serves as a structured framework for joint evaluation.

Define priorities

Not all processes need to be changed at once. Together we will prioritize the topics that are currently most important for your team – for example, service catalog, roles and responsibilities, incident and service request management, or asset and license workflows.

Map and test processes in GLPI

Together, we further develop the selected workflows and implement them in GLPI. This can include ticket workflows, role models, categories, service offerings, or asset processes. Your team tests the adjustments in daily work; we then discuss what could still be improved.

Review results and continue development

In regular practice and governance meetings, we jointly review whether the agreed workflows are working and what the next reasonable steps are. Topics evolve along with your requirements. In addition, there is at least one agreed workshop per year.
